This class will combine stretching, joint strengthening, and soft tissue release to create a well-rounded, full body practice. This class will aid in improving range of motion, joint strength, and function, while helping you discover and improve imbalances and pain in your body. Keep your body moving pain free and functioning optimally. Great for all levels of movers. Yoga mat and water encouraged.
