Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation **Proof of current COVID Vaccination/s Required **Drug test and background check required Luxury Oceanfront Resort Condominium Community 150+ units located in Kihei looking for an experienced Executive Janitorial Housekeeper. Multi-Tasker and the desire to help others is a must! Must be friendly and have great customer service skills. This position requires the following but not limited to responsibilities: Responsible for the overall cleanliness of the common are of our property which includes the following listed duties: Building Walkways- Sweep and mop the walkways daily, wipe down the mailboxes and clean all the rails. Immediately report any light bulbs out and safety hazards to Resident Manager. Interior/Exterior Elevator Cabs- Clean stainless steel, cab wood, and sweep/mop floors. Trash Rooms- Sweep/Mop floors of the trash rooms on each floor and check for any cardboard boxes or other trash left in the area and take for disposal. Pool Area- Sweep area daily and pick up any debris, empty trash, wipe down and reset pool patio furniture. Currently have or willing to obtain proper pool certification within 30 days of employment. Pool water testing and cleaning interior walls of pool and spa as scheduled. BBQ Area- Keep all 4 BBQ grills, outside stainless and tools clean. Wipe down BBQ grill area tables and benches. Dispose of trash in trash containers. General Property Areas- Walk all property areas as instructed and dispose of trash in all areas of the property. Parking Lots- Walk parking lots while picking up trash, monitor cars without parking passes and notify those without. Light Bulbs- Change light bulbs around the parking lot and walkways. Assist Maintenance as needed. Must be able to lift 60lbs and work off ladders without assistance. Please reply with your resume and brief cover letter
