Life Books Foster Parents, please join us for our December training facilitated by Whitney Beougher, LSW, Encourage Foster Care Assessor. This hands-on in-person class features life books. We will gather over dinner at the CCHO main campus. Child care is not provided. This training is open to any licensed foster parents in the community (there will be a cut off for non Encourage foster families at 25 people). All foster parents will receive 3 hours of on-going training hours for their foster care license. Encourage offers training events that will help foster families keep up with your foster parent license, give you practical knowledge and skills for daily life, and bring reguar opportunities to connect with other Encourage families.
