Grab your yoga mat and come enjoy some holiday fun with Pure Barre Glastonbury at Labyrinth Brewing Company!! Sunday 12/19 at 11 am. Tickets are $15 per person, $10 for Lifestyle members (text/email us for your discount code!). Ticket includes class and one beverage! Our 50 minute class uses small or isometric movements to work your entire body. Class starts with a full body warm up, then moves to arms, thighs, seat, abs, and finishes with a cool down stretch.
