Foster home for young kittens

Description

My neighbor moved and left being their young cat. I found her and the kittens which are about 3 weeks old. I brought them inside since it's very cold at night. I cant foster them until they are old enough. My large dog has been spending everyday in her kennel so that she doesn't hurt them. Ive reached out to ACPS and JHS already. If anyone has experience with neonatal kittens and would like to take care of momma and babies please message me.
