Needed helper/friend/driver

My big brother is a disabled army veteran age 59, who needs help with little things in the house. He is a diabetic with poor eye sight, bad hands & trouble walking, which All cause depression. I'm hoping to find him a helper/friend with a car to move in with him ( or stop in) to help after I must return home to Michigan. Fyi He loves to cook, play chess, go fishing, enjoy 420, lots of jokes ! I think he's great ! I hate to leave but i must after Christmas. Please help me find someone for my brother so he won't be alone again ! Ps I put post also under room for rent/share. God Bless
