Need a handy man with a ladder to change lights

Need someone with a ladder to help me replace my ceiling (recessed) LED lights. You'll have to come to my apartment, take a bulb out (I'm not sure what bulbs they are), go get them from a hardware store, then come back and replace them The ceiling is ~10 ft high Will pay $40 and cover the price of the new light bulbs
