Join us this coming Sunday, at Unity Park for our weekly Rich City Rides Self-Care Ride. RICH CITY RIDES! YEE! Let’s ride into the future. Your voices and pedals need to be heard. Clean air is a necessity of life. Air quality or the lack thereof is not an abstract issue. This problem has significantly affected our health and daily lives in recent months. Particulate matter and “chemical odors” come from the same source, the dying fossil fuel industry. This Sunday’s ride is an opportunity to learn important information and to add your voice to the Path to Clean Air campaign. As always join us Sunday morning (at 10 am.) at the Unity Park Bike Hub. We roll out for the ride at 11am. Join us for a very special Rich City Rides Sunday Self-Care Ride. As we are finally in the rainy season lets take every opportunity to get out there and ride. Be safe be smart and ride with joy in your heart. Join us this coming Sunday, December 5th, at Unity Park for our weekly Rich City Rides Self-Care Ride . All ages and abilities are welcome. The standard Sunday Self-Care Ride Morning Schedule: • 10 AM. Meet up begins • 10 AM. – 10:35AM. Help fixing minor mechanical issues with your bicycle. • 10: 40 AM. Introducing the Ride Leader • 10: 45 Am.- 11AM. Volunteer Positions, Stretching and Hand Signals • 11AM. Ride Group Photograph and Roll-out.
