Auto Body Tech Qualifications Experience with Taping Experience with Sanding Experience with Buffing Previous experience as an auto body prep/helper Ability to finish jobs in a timely manner. Welding & metal repair a plus Must bring your own tools. Auto Body Technician Responsibilities Prepare vehicle for body and repair work. Prepare vehicle for paint work Experience with body filler, fiberglass a plus Detail oriented and high quality paint work abilities a must Paint & priming experience a plus Maintaining tools and equipment in a proper state of repairs. Comply with law and regulations pertaining to hazardous waste materials.
