Look no further, this 75 minute workshop includes a series of strength building poses specifically designed for arm balance and inversion stability. Some of the poses we will go over are crow pose, side crow, 8 limbs, supported and tri-pod headstand, forearm stand, handstand and handstand variations with a few other fun transitions too! This workshop is for all levels and open to other inversions to focus on too.
