Job Description: ·Produces a quality product under sanitary conditions in the most efficient manner and on a timely basis. ·Unpacks materials; mixes ingredients; assembles product and packs finished goods. ·Ensures that all products (from raw materials to finished product) meet company and government quality standards. ·Inspects products; rejects or repairs products if necessary; records amount of waste as directed. ·Notifies lead or production supervisor of substandard quality product issues, ingredient/material problems and/or equipment malfunction. ·All duties are performed on a rotation basis within a given product line and will rotate to other product lines in all facilities as needed. ·Keeps a straight product flow along conveyors. ·Obtains labels from warehouse, codes as directed, re-boxes until needed, brings to labeling area as needed, places and centers proper label/sticker on products. ·Assists with training of new line attendants to ensure production processes flow according to standards and guidelines. ·Cleans and organizes the work area as needed and may help in other lines or facilities when needed. ·Performs all duties in compliance with existing USDA, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), State, Federal, and company regulations, policies and procedures (including Good Manufacturing Practices [GMP’s] and safety regulations), including using all required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). ·Conduct oneself in a manner consistent with company mission, values, code of ethics, policies, and other standards of conduct. Reports to: Production Operations Supervisor Skills Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Years of Related Experience: 0 - 1 year of related experience Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Must be able to lift fifty (50) lbs; Ability to understand and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and to understand product labeling. Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10#s and 100#s. Able to work quickly and efficiently with hands, continuously reaching outward performing repetitive hand, wrist, and arm motions. Ability to work as a team and interact professionally with co-workers. Responsabilidades Laborales del Atendiente de la Linea de Producción de Comida y Empacando de Comida: Este puesto es responsable de preparar todas las comidas según las especificaciones exactas, preparar los ingredients según sea necesario y practicar la manipulación segura de los alimentos. Reporte a: Supervisor de Operaciones de Producción Deberes Laborales del Atendiente de la Linea de Producción de Comida e Empacando de Comida: • Trabaja con un programa de empacar diario predeterminado y debe cumplir o superar los objetivos de producción al comprender las especificaciones, el flujo de productos, y los procedimientos de manipulación dentro del departamento. • Se comunica con el supervisor cuando surgen problemas. • Complete toda la documentación interna del departamento con precision. • Mantiene un ambiente de trabajo limpio y seguro en todo momento. • Realizar todas las tareas solicitadas y asignadas por la gerencia. Calificaciones del Atendiente de la Linea de Producción de Comida y Empacando de Comida: · Debe poseer un diploma de escuela secundaria o un titulo de educación general (GED). · Capacidad para leer y seguir instrucciónes. · Trabajar de forma independiente con supervision minima y excelentes habilidades de gestion del tiempo son una necesidad. · Capacidad para sumar, restar, multiplicar, y dividir en todas las unidades de medida, utilizando numeros enteros, fracciónes comunes, y decimales. · Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno de equipo y ser un jugador de equipo. · Debe poder adaptarse rápidamente a los cambios en las prioridades, estar orientado a objetivos y estar motivado. · Habilidades basicas de preparación de alimentos y cuchillos. · Debe poder levantar hasta 50 libras. · Aguantar temperaturas bajas y elevadas y debe poder estar parada varias horas sin pausa. Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to 15$ per hour Line Attendantt/ Ups to 17$ the hour Supervisor or Leads * DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE*
