Create your own Victorian-style valentines. Valentines of the Victorian era were treasured keepsakes, incorporating feathers, beads, and bits of fabric. Create your own Victorian-style valentines in a fun, afternoon workshop. Free event, suggested donation of $3/participant. Register at dupagemuseum.org. Please note this event is in-person. Face masks are required for those that are 2 and older and medically able at all Wheaton Park District Indoor Facilities following CDC and State guidelines. Social distancing and capacity limitations will be practiced. The DuPage County Historical Museum functions as the only institution dedicated to the collection, preservation and interpretation of the material culture documenting the county of DuPage, Illinois. Its principal purposes are to educate the general public through the collection, preservation, interpretation, and exhibition of materials which document the history of DuPage County and its relationship to Illinois and the nation, and to provide local history services for historical organizations and for scholarly endeavors.
