We have openings for Restoration Technicians, involving water damage mitigation, mold remediation, and fire/smoke cleanup in the West Michigan Lakeshore and Grand Rapids area. This is a full-time position. Depending on experience, we will provide on-the-job training in the short term, to be followed by off-site certified training. Job Requirements: 1) 6 Months relevant experience in insurance restoration or general construction, 2) Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record, 3) Must be willing to be on-call one weekend per month for after-hours emergency service calls. IICRC-WRT training is a huge plus, or will be provided after OJT training period. Punctuality, reliability, and ability to communicate well with customers, insurance adjusters, and other relevant parties is a must. You will need the personality type and interpersonal skills to "lead" this group of people through a crisis and towards a solution where all involved are happy with the results. Attention to detail, punctuality, organized paperwork, and basic computer skills also required.
