We are currently seeking a Caretaker to join our team at, a 101 unit apartment community in Duluth, MN. In addition to the hourly rate, a sign on bonus of $1,500 minus taxes will be included if hired by 12/31/21! ($750 after 30 days of employment; $750 after 6 months of employment) This role is also eligible for a $1,000 bonus minus taxes upon submitting proof of COVID-19 vaccination! Position Summary: As a Caretaker, you will be responsible for maintaining the building(s) and surrounding grounds in a neat and tidy manner. Responsibilities: Maintain general appearance of the property and grounds Clean common areas, hallways, and amenities Clean and prepare vacant apartments for new residents Establish a pleasant atmosphere and relations with residents Be on-call as scheduled by management Qualifications: Previous housekeeping and cleaning experience preferred Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing systems, and painting Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed Dominium requires all front-line employees to either provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or undergo regular COVID-19 testing About Us: Dominium is one of the leading affordable housing development and property management companies nationwide.
