Lost 13 year old, 16 lb dog named Teddy. Last seen Monday Nov. 29th on corner of Finley ave and Garfield park. He is black and white. See picture. Please unless absolutely sure you can get him don't try to chase him! I am offering a $500 cash reward even if you text me picture and location. Please help me find him. I'm heartbroken!
