Friendly, younger cat needs a safe home

Hey all.. a super friendly young male cat came to my rural home one night… he’s super friendly, awesome cuddles, litter box trained, but also wants to be outside. I live rurally with eagle nests not far from my door. Would love to keep him, but I just don’t feel like it’s safe up here. I’ve posted locally with no luck…Hope to find a safe place for this awesome guy..
