Enjoy an exclusive and limited NYE first look at The Merchant. Ticket includes 4 course dinner, cocktail pairing, and champagne toast. It's been a crazy year in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. We believe that a safe, controlled, and distanced event should be enjoyed by those who want to participate. We have to take safety very seriously. However, we are humans who need to nurture our mind, body, and spirit. This year, all of our spirits could use some attention. Sit, Eat, Drink, Vibe, Enjoy. Our house DJ will be spinning a cool vibe all the way through your dinner and drink experience. A few select attendees can join us for an Elevated, Dark, and Sexy New Year's Eve that includes an Exclusive look at The Merchant featuring a Pre-Fixe Dinner and Cocktail Menu. We will also feature a Premium Champagne Toast  for our early "Ball Drop!" There will be 2 seatings for this Event: 8pm-10pm and 11pm-1am The Menu for the evening: First course w/ cocktail pairing: Seasonal Salad - baby kale and frisée, pickled beets and turnips, winter spiced peanuts, carrot vinaigrette Second course w/ cocktail pairing: Confit Duck Croquettes - haricot blanc, Toulouse sausage, duck fat aioli, herbs or Caramelized Onion Tart w/Simple Greens - seasonal greens, pickled onion, champagne vinaigrette Third course w/ cocktail pairing: Carbonade Flamande - braised short rib, stoemp gnocchi, Flemish broth, root vegetables or Sea Bass - herbed white wine broth, haricot vert, dumplings Fourth Course(Dessert) w/ champagne toast: Champagne Gelee
