THE JOB Simply put, you will be tagging doors with flyers. We are experimenting with direct door-to-door advertising. There is no cold calling or even engagement required. If you want to plug in your headphones and listen to a podcast or music while you walk, no problem. All we need is your hands and your feet. I will do the rest ;-) COMPENSATION You are paid strictly on distribution. It starts out at 5 cents per drop. The average person does 200 per hour ($10). At set thresholds that may increase from 5.5 to 6, then 6 to 6.5 etc capping at 10 cents per drop (roughly $20 an hr). Week 1 is the pilot program. I will pay you $50 upfront per day. The remainder of your earnings are paid out on the 1st and 15th of the month. TYPICAL DAY We meet at 8 am, and start flyering by 8:30 am. 8:30 am till 11:30 pm - 1st block (3 hrs) 11:30 pm till 12:30 pm - Lunch & Restrooms 12:30 pm till 3:30 pm - 2nd block (3 hrs) 4:00 pm drop off @ rendezvous point The goal is to distribute 1200 per hour and 7200 per day (6 footmen total). PROVIDED Transportation TO the jobsite along with lunch and water are provided (messenger bags for carrying flyers too). The rendezvous point is the parking lot of Staples. REQUIREMENTS Must be atleast 18 years of age but under 50, have a clean well-groomed appearance and be trustworthy. No criminal record. No history of drug use. You must also be in relatively good health to tag 3.33 doors per minute/ 200 per hr. You'll be walking 2 to 3 miles a day. NOTE ON COVID We require masks to be worn from the time of arrival till the time of departure. While canvassing you may pull them down, I only ask you donne them if getting 6 to 10 ft close to homeowners. Our vans are cleaned prior, hand sanitizer and masks available as well. No one is permitted to ride along IF they have the sniffles.
