Older disabled man needs dependable Vehicle asap

My Van broke down and is not repairable. If anyone has an 'extra' or 'spare' vehicle they might donate that is in good repair- it would be greatly appreciated! I am a heart patient in Manchester who only drives short distances to Doctors, the Pharmacist and food shopping ( less than 1,500 miles annually ) and need a vehicle in which everything is working and has good tires for the winter because I am on a fixed income and have minimal savings for emergencies. I have tried local used car dealers on-line who either don't respond or who would do a hard credit check ( knocking down by the inquiry a reasonably good score! All I have is a little good credit! ) Please respond via e-mail as I do not have a 'smart phone' so texting is not possible and dealing with calls that are scams would be too stressful.
