Learn radio skills! See how far our radios can transmit and receive! See eastern South Dakota! If we can get enough participants, we are going to do radio training and see how far our radios and repeaters work from Vermillion to Sioux Falls to Brookings from 9am to 4pm Saturday 11 December 2021. We will work out of the Brookings and Sioux Falls squadron headquarters, out of members' homes with radios, and from vans. We want people who are interested in learning more about how to use our CAP radios and help test the range of our radios and repeaters in eastern South Dakota. Only requirement is that you have completed ICUT. We need: MROs CULs Drivers with a CAP license Incident Staff Anyone with an interest in radios Indicate what unit you are with and what you would like to do.
