Believe in the magic of CHRISTMAS... and COOKIES!!! Decorate trees, ornaments and all things Christmas (COOKIE-style) like a pro! This is a special event for Town of Mooresville employees (plus their guests) only - CHEERS! This Holiday Workshop will include cookies, icing, sprinkles, and all kinds of festive fun! The event will be held at our FAVORITE local brewing company, King Canary! During our two hour workshop, you will learn: Basic cookie education on shapes and recipesHow to outline, flood, and pipe cookies using royal icing (hands-on)Tips for baking cookies that keep their shapeHow to make royal icing at home and create the right icing consistenciesRecipes for the cookie dough AND the royal icingYou will take home 3-4 beautifully decorated cookies to share, and show off, with your family and friends! Please be prepared (cash or credit) to indulge in some of the BEST beverages that Mooresville has to offer while decorating your cookies - can it get much better?! Let's make this an evening full of laughs, friends, and yummy treats! All supplies and instructions will be provided by yours truly, Dee Medlin! IMPORTANT POLICY REMINDERS: Please note that cookie class registrations are non-refundable. If you cannot attend class, we suggest passing your ticket along to a family member or friend to enjoy!Please also note that one ticket = one person. Due to limited seating, we cannot have others sit in on the class and/or multiple people decorating under one registration.
