Hosted by the Media Mogul; Ohavia Phillips, Join BBOC during the Inaugural Build Black Holiday Luncheon, and Break Bread in Celebration of a successful year of Black Economic Empowerment! Enjoy an array of delicious cuisines crafted by our favorite Chefs, Caterers, & Restaurant Owners. This Full Service Buffet styled luncheon also includes Wine & Cocktails courtesy of the Gantt’s cash bar. The WHY: After two years of uncertainties and losses due to Covid19; disproportionately impacting Black-owned businesses, BBOC saw a lack in resources & financing for Black-owned businesses who needed it the most. BBOC’s Build Black Fund is our way of proactively Answering The Call and ensuring No Black-owned business is left behind. The How: 100% of proceeds from BBOC’s Build Black Holiday Luncheon will support our Build Black Fund. The Build Black Fund will begin providing Micro-Grants to Black-owned Businesses experiencing Hardships, in January, 2022. Our goal for the luncheon is to raise $15,000 from Ticket Sales, Sponsorships, & Auction Items.
