A Holistic Therapeutic Postpartum Yoga gathering for new and adjusting mamas. The postpartum period is about the birth of the baby and the birth of the new mother. This class welcomes all parents with babies 6 weeks to a year old. You can expect discussions around perinatal mood and anxiety challenges including postpartum depression and anxiety, journaling, gentle yoga postures for your healing body, and breath-work to nourish your nervous system. Classes are taught every other Tuesday at 5:30pm by Niketa Pechan, Postpartum Guide, Certified Yoga Teacher, and Birth Doula Classes are comprehensive and $25 per session. Must register to participate Located at the Ecoshed 133 Commerce Park Dr Jackson, MS 39213 Niketa Pechan is  Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Birth Doula and Yoga Teacher! She is a Miami, Florida native with a strong Caribbean heritage. Her aim is to bring wellness to Mississippi through education, yoga and dance!
