Join me in this Kemetic Yoga Session as we learn how to heal ourselves by moving with our breath!
In this class we will be focusing on healing ourselves from the inside out as we learn how to move with our breath. Our breath is the most vital source of energy we carry, when we breath intentionally it helps rid ourselves of old, negative, stale, dormant energies that no longer serve our highest good.
This is a slow paced, beginners friendly class designed for all ages. This class includes meditation, breath work, sun salutations, sesh poses, teken sequence , & much more!
