VOOM Ministries present an opportunity for women to share, uplift and inspire in a safe confidential environment. Yes, this means YOU! Unlike the secular stigma, Spiritual Happy Hour is just that, an opportunity for women to share their thoughts and vulnerabilities in a safe and sacred environment, without judgment. Our prayer is that with this program you will find greater fulfillment and a feeling of wellbeing on your Christian journey. Mindfulness and peer support are going to be inspirational. Let's talk about those sensitive subjects as well. When it means something to you, it means something to God. Our free TEA Bar will be open with light refreshments and a good selection of relaxing teas. These sessions are facilitated by a Certified Health and Wellness Coach. I noticed that a few of you are seeing person trainers for weight loss. With that in mind, starting August 1, 2021, I’m going to start a 30-day Lifestyle Challenge for those of you that want to participate. Lifestyle because personal challenges vary. For me, it's weight loss; for you, it could be something different: healthy eating, sleep deprivation, an unhealthy relationship, or just scheduling more time for yourself. Having accountability partners help. This will enhance your success and not add to your schedule. Also, I’m going to throw in a personal coaching session to get you started. More info on Tuesday.
