Village Park Animal Hospital is a privately owned, full service veterinary clinic in La Quinta, California. We are looking for an experienced team members to join our Team. All applicants must be positive, friendly, be able to work in a fast paced environment and work well as part of a team. We are looking for a veterinary assistant for reception, boarding, technician in treatment, technician for water therapy. We have entry level and experienced part-time and full-time positions available. You must have a big heart for animals, able to multitask, enjoy working with people, and have strong computer skills. Able to perform in high stress situations with an upbeat attitude and positive personality; work well with others and strives to please patients and clients. The veterinary assistant’s main responsibility is to be accurate and help in maintaining a smooth, well-planned, and orderly flow of patients and clients. Further Requirements: Must successfully pass a criminal background check and Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and shall maintain the currency of vaccinated status by obtaining “booster” or renewal shots as may be required. Proof of Vaccination required.
