We provide maintenance, repair and remodeling services for over 80 units under management. We are seeking highly motivated, professional, multi-skilled craftsmen and craftswomen to help us meet the demands of our growing business. Responsibilities: Complete service orders in a timely fashion Estimate time and extent of repairs Perform routine preventive maintenance Maintain material and supply inventory Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary Evaluate, repair and maintain resident and commercial building systems Communicate with facilities management about any work that requires outside expert assistance Receive and respond to tenant reports of mechanical or maintenance issues on their premises Work with tools and supplies necessary to complete projects Maintain corporate safety procedures at all times and comply with access control regulations Maintain fire, carbon monoxide, smoke and other safety systems within the structure Ability to work on call and after hours for emergencies Represent the company in a professional manner Qualifications: Previous professional experience in maintenance/repair, construction, remodeling or other related fields Provide professional references Strong estimation skills and home inspection experience is strongly preferred Ability to handle physical workload Deadline and detail-oriented Ability to perform work in the following trades: drywall, painting, rough and finish carpentry, flooring, tile, minor electrical and plumbing Own a work truck or van Must own standard set of tools to perform all of the above trades Current and valid driver’s license with clean driving record Strong adherence to integrity, diligence and innovation Strong communication and documentation skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to pass a background check and drug screen We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic that want to be part of the family.
