Job description Universal Laundry is looking for a responsible, reliable & efficient team member for the Janitorial Cleaner position. Shift: 5am to 3:30pm ( four shifts of 10 hours) Days off will be either : Sunday, Monday and Tuesday or Thursday Friday and Saturday Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the facility, common areas, offices, and parking lot. Qualifications · To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/ or ability required. Essential Functions ·Sweeps and mops all floor areas in the offices, including Team Member Restrooms and break rooms. Cleans and replenishes the supplies in the restrooms located on the premises. Removes all trash from the premises, offices, restrooms, parking lots and places them in the proper disposal area. Sweeps the sidewalks and parking lots. Performs other job-related duties as assigned/ requested.
