Description
The Technician is responsible for conducting maintenance on all on-site company assets, overhauling major and minor components and installing replacements. The Technician is also responsible for conducting quality inspections and running electrical, hydraulic and computer diagnostics on on-site equipment.
High school diploma or its equivalent;
Graduate of an accredited two-year technical school or 2-5 years of heavy truck and/or equipment maintenance experience;
Formal diesel/heavy equipment training or 5-10 years of hands-on experience;
Must possess own tools;
Must demonstrate excellent communication skills; and
Experience diagnosing and repairing electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, fuel, engine cooling, air conditioning, and engine and transmission systems for heavy equipment.
Valid Class C Texas driver's license
Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and a clean 3-year driving record
ASE Master Technician Certification
