Join us to learn how to use the Community FitLot equipment and the benefits of circuit training. This is a FREE program. You must register.
In these one-hour drop-in classes you will experience a full FitLot Method circuit training workout without having to sign up for the 7-week commitment of a FitLot Method Circuit Training Series. However, if interested, we hope these drop-in workouts encourage you to sign up for an upcoming 7-week series where you commit to to attending 70% of the classes.
We suggest that you attend an Introduction FitLot Method class first, so you are equipped with an understanding of of the FitLot equipment, the FitLot Method circuit training, and so you can safely and effectively participate in these drop-in workouts.
This class is designed for all ages and abilities to comfortably participate but please make sure you are cleared for physical activity by your physician before beginning a new exercise routine.

HOW TO PREPARE FOR CLASS
What to Wear: comfortable clothes and shoes that you can move and exercise in; take into consideration the weather
What to Bring: water, towel, hand-sanitizer
Bathrooms: The closest bathroom is about a quarter mile walk from the fitness park in the Washington County Community Senior Center
