Looking 4 witness to hit and run

Looking for anyone who may have got a license plate of a hit and run driver heading west on golf links just past kolb. Occured tuesday nov 30th at 4pm. Lite colored sedan (maybe gold or grey). Driver was male, 30's 40's, either hispanic or white. Heavier set and believe shaved bald head and maybe thin pencil-line goatee. Damage to his car would be on the front, possibly more on the right side of the car. Thanks.
