French Eclairs hands-on baking class At Bravo Maine! We want the cooking classes to be a fun entertainment occasion and all our classes are hands-on. January 30th: French Eclairs from scratch 2 hours class - Hands-on class lead by a professional Chef. You'll learn the art and science behind Eclairs, how to make the pastry cream wand as well as making the different frostings. You get to take home all of the Eclairs you make. Class menu: Chocolate frosting Eclair / Hazelnut Chocolate frosting Eclair / Pistachio Chocolate frosting Eclair . Vanilla Pastry cream for all the Eclairs. Your safety is our priority: 8 guests maximum per class with social distancing.1 person by workshop table unless you are from the same household (or friends if you want to be at the same table)We provide gloves, masks, hair net, and hands sanitizer. All the employees and guests are wearing masks. Your workshop table has a personal sanitizer bucket and sponge to sanitize your utensils and table after each cooking step.
