• Maintenance and repair: Process Vehicle Maintenance Requests to determine the scope of the repair or maintenance work needed to be done, Follow up on vehicle repairs to ensure pricing is accurate and cycle time is efficient.
Arranging repair with technician/manager. Updating claims with any info and getting current ETAs for completion of repairs. Update internal tracker accordingly.
• Maintain vehicle files and folders, both hard copies and digital, in accordance with company records retention policies.
• Availability for after-hours and weekend on-call work for emergencies for job duties noted above.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
QUALIFICATIONS and REQUIREMENTS
• 2+ years experience in a Fleet admin or Fleet support role
