FRANKLIN, WI — FOX 6 News reported a 47-year-old male pedestrian was hit by a vehicle near 35th Street and Rawson Monday morning. The vehicle that struck the man was driven by a 19-year-old man from Franklin who is cooperating with a police investigation, according to the FOX 6 report.
