Looking for a repair

Description

Looking for someone who fixes small wired items. I have a 5 x 7 frame (sentimental & 15 yrs old) doesn't light up anymore-think it needs a new switch. Also a solar bird feeder-wire got kinked-also doesn't light up anymore. Not looking to spend alot but hopeful someone in my neighborhood has some skills 🙂
