Reiki Master offering gentle comfort, support and healing through long-distance Reiki sessions.
Reiki is an ancient healing method that helps to calm the nervous system, reduce stress and anxiety, minimize pain and inspire more mindfulness. It offers a safe, peaceful atmosphere for enhanced reflection and promotes better sleep afterwards.
My sessions can also be customized for adults with issues such as ASD, ADHD, SPD, SPS, OCD, EFS or those with heightened or atypical sensory preferences or executive function challenges that require special accommodations. Caregivers, family members and partners are also welcomed.
This service is offered virtually or via phone at the rate of $75 per half hour. Discounts and gift certificates for the holidays are currently available.
