Classic country band seeks lead guitar

Description
Quick post here. We are a classic country band (40s-70's vibe) in north bay. It is a band of total professionals. Spectacular 3-4 part harmonies. Pedal steel, bass, drums, harmonica, acoustic rhythm, lead female vocals. (vocals passed though) We are regrouping after a long break off. We have a great guitar player interested but want to reach out and get a feel for players out there that may be interested as we are beginning to book gigs again and want to take this opportunity to really look for the right player. And even someone for the second call will be needed as well. Please have samples hopefully very much in the style but someone that is a great player that is looking to really dive into the classic country guitar study would be welcome. We are not looking to play bars for no money. We are looking to be the best country outfit going. Polished. Not a lot of "sub gigs" for players hopefully. Everyone in the band has at least 1k gigs under their belts. Definitely think "Nudie suits and cowboy boots" not "Ripped jeans and ball caps" sort of country. Merle, Willie, Hank, Waylon etc. Lots of major tonality. There is NO CCR, there is NO Rolling Stones, there is NO Eagles etc. Signature lines that need to be there but playing the crap out of the songs cause they are great. NOT a tribute band. A band of very inventive folks who know how to give a song its respect but also play it as our own. Rehearsals to get up to speed. We have recordings of all songs from original artist, and the same in our keys. Charts for any harder ones (yes we are doing some Patsy and such with ALL the diminished and augmented chords etc.. NOT dumbing down... but also tons of I-IV-V's etc) Please don't write and say "let's talk" :-) Happy to talk if it seems it might work out... but lets start with links to your playing and any discussion around questions we may have of each other. We have samples as well. If you play this sort of stuff it is a DREAM band to drop into. Everyone is pro and knows how to communicate. We have three sets already pretty damn tight. You get solos nearly every song. The rhythm section is amazing. The vocals from the acoustic guitar player freaking KILL and he's a great groovy player. The lead singer female is, IMO, the best voice in the area and she is actually a MUSICIAN as well. Her theory is stronger than yours I bet. :-) The harmonica player ACTUALLY plays the harmonica.. yup.. not just blows and sucks. And the pedal steel player is one of the best in the area. Thank you!
