LOST ID w/ LA address County Records Whole Foods

Hi Around 2:30 pm today, I was picking up a death certificate at County Records (70 West Hedding in San Jose), parked by some school next to security lot north first?, then went to Whole Foods on Alameda, parked in front on street, then I had an emergency and went to ER at O'Connor Hospital. Somewhere in all that my Driver's License/ID fell out of my pocket. You can mail it to the ID address in LA or I can come get it in San Jose. Text or call please: THANK YOU!
