Description
This position requires a minimum of 1+ years' experience working in substance abuse or a related behavioral health field and works closely with high-level clinical professionals providing telephonic support services.
The core responsibilities of this position are assisting employees in managing the employment return to duty process after a drug or alcohol violation.
Duties include:
* performing outreach calls * review of regulatory requirements * performing client follow-up calls * daily review of evaluation reports * review of test results * entering daily case notes * maintaining statistical data * preparing weekly reports.
This position requires strong language and writing skills and the energy level to handle a heavy call volume. Candidate must be a self-starter with the ability to manage their own case load.
