RESILIENSEEDS Growing a Garden of Hearty Human Beans --Science Backed, Research Supported, Success Oriented Program for kids aged 10yo & up --Personalized Services designed to Foster Healthy Self-Esteem, Confidence, Resilience, Stress Management skills & A Successful Approach to Life Have you and your loved ones been struggling to cope with the overwhelming stress brought on by the pandemic on top of the already intense stress of everyday life? Have you been feeling more anxious, depressed, irritated, or apathetic? Would you like to learn some simple tools & strategies that can help lighten your load and get your life back to balance? All sessions can be done virtually or in person and sliding scale rates are available to anyone severely effected by the pandemic. If you are interested in learning more, respond to this ad to set up a free 30min consultation. I have spent over a decade working with children & adolescents, as well as nearly 15 years in the wellness industry educating clients on ways to become more resilient, confident & successful. As a survivor of past trauma myself, I have a deep sense of empathy for mental health struggles, and have dedicated my life to helping those who have been knocked down to rise back up. It has been especially heartbreaking to watch so many people struggle with the crushing weight of stress that has come with the pandemic. I read the news stories about the mental health crisis that is negatively affecting so many people, and I have friends & clients coming to me for help & advice. Although I’ve been completely overwhelmed by stress myself, I am fighting to do what I can to help. By adapting a program I previously designed for adult clients, I’m now offering a special resiliency program for kids and adolescents. Using scientifically proven, well-tested, highly effective, yet deceptively fun & simple tools; the Resilienseeds programs & services are designed to help buffer the effects of stress and trauma by creating a physiological “trellis” to support & strengthen us during difficult times.
