HAVRE DE GRACE, MD — A local TV station was filming a holiday special in Havre de Grace on Tuesday, according to city officials.
So that WBAL could set up its camera crew on Washington Street, the road was closed from Pennington to Congress avenues from about 4:30 to 9 p.m.
The feature will include the music of Tony Hancock, who is also known as "Saxl Rose," as well as a seven-member dance troupe, according to officials.
Saxl Rose was also in the WBAL spotlight in December 2019, when the news station ran a story about how he serenaded cows in Havre de Grace with his saxophone.
Authorities said WBAL would air the special on Dec. 18.
