The holiday season is just around the corner, and we invite you to kick it off with us on Giving Tuesday! It’s estimated that 1/3 of Americans are experiencing clinical anxiety or depression due to COVID-19 (Washington Post, April 2020). In Fairfax County, the number of individuals experiencing homelessness increased 17% from 2020 to 2021 (Fairfax County, 2021). Ever since 2011, our team has been investing time into our community to support our peers who are experiencing homelessness, mental health drawbacks, and addiction. They inspire us to keep doing what we’re doing; they’re why we give back. This Giving Tuesday, we’re calling on our community to help us reach our goals. Giving back is as easy as ever!
