I live in a neighborhood of 26 homes.
What we need:
- Roads, parking need leaf blowing.
- Common area, garden areas need maintenance.
- Trimming when needed.
- Mulch job is possible in Summer.
- General maintenance of the grounds in our entire neighborhood.
Let us know if you could do this, how much do you charge for about 1-4x per month.
Do you own a business? Since it's a neighborhood HOA probably looking for a company or someone with a crew and well established.
