We are a landscaping company specializing in fine gardening, lawn care, landscape maintenance, planting installation, and light landscape construction. THIS POSITION IS SPECIFIC TO OUR LAWN CARE DIVISION THOUGH YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO CROSS-TRAIN ON OUR GARDENING CREW IF YOU SHOW APTITUDE FOR IT. Benefits: Health insurance, life insurance, bonus, discounts on nursery stock, competitive pay Position Requirements: Take pride in their work Must be able to complete physical labor including bending, lifting, digging, kneeling, etc. Minimum of one year experience in lawn care and/or hardscape construction Ability to operate and maintain lawn care power equipment Valid driver license Reliable transportation to and from the shop or job sites Ability to work a flexible schedule during peak season (Spring and Fall). 40 hours per week or more. We pay overtime! Hardworking, self-starter capable of working independently Open to opportunities to grow, learn and build Nancy Fritz Designs is open year round. The position transitions into hardscape installation/construction and property clean ups in the winter. We look forward to having you in our small community! Salary: $20.00 to $26.00 /hour Job Type: Full-time, option to work part-time may be available upon request. Shifts: 4 days on, 3 days off (3 day weekends!) in Spring, Summer and early Fall. 5 days on, 2 days off in darker months. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour COVID-19 considerations: During COVID, our lawn care team rides 2 people/truck, to and from the shop. If there is concern, you are free to drive your own vehicle. We work outdoors, at 6+ feet apart, in masks, and do not come in direct contact with clients. Safety is Number One!
