PRINCETON, NJ — Are you looking for authentic Greek products and pastries? A new Greek deli and market is all set to open in Princeton. Ellinikon will be opening a new store at 200 Nassau Street, the company confirmed. "We are very excited to announce our new location in a distinctive township like Princeton. We are expecting inspection, so pretty soon everything is going to be set to open," a spokesperson told Patch. An opening date has not been confirmed yet.
