Davis Property Management and Tempus Facilities Maintenance (TEMPUFM838LL) are seeking responsible service-focused Maintenance Technicians with an eye for detail and a pride in workmanship to start right away! Job Duties Vary Day to Day, and often Include: Basic Plumbing, Service and Repair Basic Electrical, Appliance Repair and Fixture Replacement Basic Locksmithing, Lockset Replacement Sheetrock Repair and Painting General Construction and Labor Basic Maintenance Experience & Skill Requirements Ideal candidates have broad experience performing property maintenance services including janitorial, painting, minor repairs and basic maintenance. Any experience in residential or commercial construction, interior or exterior will be useful. Ability to identify and diagnose problems is critical Possess basic personal hand tools (drivers, wrenches, pliers, measuring tape, cordless drill, etc.) Be generally capable of periodic strenuous labor. Certain tasks may involve heavy lifting or moderate contortion Must have a valid driver's license, vehicle insurance and reliable transportation. While not mandatory, trucks or vans enable a greater range of work available Must have effective communication skills, both spoken and written, and must be able to account for project status. Must be willing to accept direction and work well with others Must have a smart phone and the skills required to receive and submit project-related information Must be able to pass a background check. Workers are often unsupervised and must be trustworthy, certain clients require full federal background check Compensation Part and full-time work available, starting hourly wage is $25 roughly, wages increase upon successful completion of trial period Health insurance: Gold Health Care plan for fulltime qualifying employeesH Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $25.00 per hour
