AUSTIN, TX — Up-and-coming artist Tai Verdes will make a stop in the Live Music Capital of the World for his "HDTV Tour" in February 2022. The 25-year-old singer, who is best known for his TikTok hit "Stuck in the Middle," will perform on April 25 at the Scoot Inn in Austin. The show will be his third stop on his 20-city U.S. tour. Verdes got his start in music last year after posting a series of TikTok videos for his single "Stuck In The Middle." The song hit no. 1 on Spotify's U.S. viral chart and has since amassed more than 120 million streams and over 3.5 million TikTok creations, officials said. Live in Austin? Verdes' latest single "A-O-K" is following a similar path, having amassed more than 200 million streams, 1.3 million TikTok creations, and earning him no.1 on Billboard's Emerging Artist Chart. The song continues to climb the charts, currently at no. 12 at Top 40 Pop Radio, and no.34 on the Billboard Hot 100, officials said. Since his viral debut, the Los Angeles native has performed on Jimmy Kimmel Live! and The TODAY Show, and garnered praise from Rolling Stone, Billboard, MTV, NYLON, Genius, Complex, VMAN, Lyrical Lemonade, Variety, Stereogum, and more. "I'm gonna be a problem," Verdes told Live Nation. "I love everything that's happening. But this is not a one song thing, this is a 10-album thing."
