Cleaning needed

Looking for someone to come in and do a good clean on my 900 sq foot apartment. Once clean, could probably use a weekly clean. ALSO, looking for someone that can help me seperate the THINGS I NEED as opposed to the THINGS I NEED to get RID OF! In other words things you would find in the closets in boxes, in bags etc. Recently moved in and everything has been stuffed into a cubbyhole! Bonus if you are good at pain management. This there will be lifting of some heavy things and walking up/down 3 steps of stairs, I do prefer a guy for these duties.
