Looking For Help with a New Nonprofit

I have recently started a new nonprofit and I'm currently swimming in an absurd amount of work due to my co-founders dragging their feet and half-assing their work. I need a few people to help out, talented individuals that want to see the art and content creation in our communities grow. We plan to provide equipment, studios, services, and connections to passionate artists, musicians, videographers, photographers, podcasters, writers looking for publication, and any other artists in-need. We encourage collaboration, bringing people together, and want to put on events and classes that uplift and inspire our local communities. That being said, I'm currently swamped and completely overwhelmed. Our five-person team has pretty much become a one-man team, with our accountant picking up some of the slack as far as logo design goes, but there's far more work to be done. What the organization needs currently: Web Designer Event Planner General Content Contributors Budget Researchers We need a quality website to help secure funding from grantmakers and other potential donors. We are in our infancy currently, so any content provided to help the cause would be appreciated. You'll retain credit for all of your work, all we ask in return is to spread the word. Ideally, we would like to collaborate with other like-minded organizations and empower anyone with the desire to create that doesn't have the means to do so. If this is calling out to you, even if you have limited or zero experience, reach out to me. This could be a very enriching experience and together we could help make this world a better place.
