2 left side Honda Civic doors repairs

I'm looking for handy/body repair knowledgeable person, who can fix those 2 left side doors as on pics. There is no damage to frame, and doors open / close easy, as new. So its glass + mirror placement for driver door and outside body work( probably need some MIG welding- I have it), and welding place to cover hole. Passenger door, have less damage - should be easy enough to pull out dents and repair. I can disassemble and bring them to your shop. I think it will not be "fast fix", and will need some out of box thinking. We can do video call any daytime to show better and talk about. Please see pics attached.
